Wine Q & A
Questions about wine? We have answers.

How much wine should I buy for my dinner?

  • Generally, for dinner, 1 bottle per couple is a safe bet.

What temperature should wine be served at?

  • During the cooler holiday season, red wines should be fine served at room temperature, however, ideal temperature is 58-65 degrees. For white wines, take them out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

Should I serve red or white wines?

  • Why not both? Sometimes the best choice is to offer both red and white and let the guests choose for themselves.
